 #49274 might be solved by this effort, if it's taken into consideration
 (ticket:49274#comment:9).

 I think #50412 should also be taken into consideration, since it could be
 made more or less feasible by what's done here. Ideally a single watcher
 could trigger PHPUnit tests, since running two watchers causes problems
 like described in #49274.
