 That's the other focus of the CSS group, a tool to generate audit reports
 of the core CSS 🙂 You can see more effort there on this ticket: #49582,
 and the reporting tool is being worked on [https://github.com/ryelle/css-

 Not exactly — we're trying to reduce the number of colors, whereas your PR
 seems to replace colors with PostCSS variables. The PostCSS setup will
 definitely be useful once we've figured out the color palette, but for now
 we're trying to take a more holistic view of how different colors are
 used.
