 #51161 (and its related GitHub issue) address how the focus is indicated,
 and here it's about **which** block is focused when opening the List View.

 This discussion still fits better on GitHub, though, probably in a new
 issue. Or else the [https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/24029
 List View Design Updates] issue might be close enough.
