 I've made [https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/5467 meta#5467] to
 create a Vimeo account and upload a video for unit tests.

 I don't feel we should block inclusion of this into core to wait on that,
 especially as this is unit tests and not front-end core code. We can
 always update unit tests once meta is processed.
