 Yes, the embed provider was removed in #48696 during a point release, but
 the embed Block was slated removed on Gutenberg 7.0, which was fully
 merged in core with WordPress 5.4, that's why the related dev note was
 published on Make/Core for 5.4. I'm not opposed to remove this item from
 the about page, but I'd say it's better to stay consistent with the
 Gutenberg releases and the related dev notes :)
