 Updating to 4.9.10 seems helpful given it's the [https://www.tiny.cloud
 /docs-4x/changelog/ latest version in the v4 tree], however
 [https://www.tiny.cloud/blog/tinymce-4-support-window/TinyMCE v4 hits end
 of life support on December 31, 2020].  I know that we have #47218 to
 discuss updating to TinyMCE v5 ([https://www.tiny.cloud/docs/changelog/
 currently at 5.3.2]), but instead of working to continually patch v4 this
 year wouldn't our efforts on TinyMCE be better focused on working on a
 [https://www.tiny.cloud/docs/migration-from-4x/ migration to v5] (noting
 that @azaozz has a good summary on
 [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/31596#comment:10 what's needed to
 update TinyMCE])?
