Comment:

 Thinking this needs a bit more to get it "just right" :)

 The new Up/Down arrows look non-centered, and (perhaps) too far apart for
 the available space there. Also the circular outlines don't look good, are
 "off".

 Another, arguably bigger, problem is having two "down" arrows next to each
 other. Kind of confusing at first look. Perhaps the visual difference can
 be larger, for example color, or border, or...
