 This patch updates a translators comment. It added a placeholder indicator
 (`%s`) and replaces the current message with a new message based on a
 similar translators comment where we replace the place holder with an
 asterisk (*).

 **Old:**

 * `translators: '%' character.`


 **New:**

 * `translators: %s: Percentage character (%).`
