 Hi @traqy, thanks for the bug report.

 The value in the image attachment meta is updated after the original image
 has been scaled and saved. If scaling of the image has failed for some
 reason, or was prevented by a plugin, the meta is not updated.

 Could you look in the uploads directory (with FTP or through the hosting
 control panel) and check what image sub-sizes are created? Then post a
 list of the file names here.

 Also worth it to try disabling all plugins and switching to one of the
 default themes and testing again. This will eliminate "interference" by
 the theme or a plugin.
