 Thanks for the ticket!

 Per [https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/best-practices/spelling/
 spelling best practices] and #45634, the correct capitalization is:

 * “classic editor” when referring to the classic editor interface and not
 the plugin.
 * “Classic Editor” when referring to the [https://wordpress.org/plugins
 /classic-editor/ Classic Editor plugin].

 The current strings seem fine as is.
