 Hello @rkradadiya,

 Welcome to WordPress Core Trac! Thank you for the ticket.

 I was not able to reproduce with a fresh WP 5.6 install using Twenty
 Twenty-One and no plugins activated. The `trash` row action and bulk edit
 exist as expected.

 What version of WordPress are you using?

 If 5.6, try after deactivating all plugins and switching to a default
 theme, such as Twenty Twenty-One. Does the problem still exist?
