 Not sure if those pages will be moved too, so I just mention the ones i
 found additionally:

 In the readme.txt files of the default bundled themes there are links to
 the codex too.
 https://codex.wordpress.org/Twenty_Thirteen (and all the other Twenty*
 themes)
 and their changelog pages, like

 In some of the default themes is a `404.php` file linking to
