 Hi,

 337171.14.patch​ is refreshed to latest trunk (December 13, 2020). It adds
 a unit test to check the email is sent and only once: see the PHPUnit test
 `test_wp_new_comment_notify_comment_author_once_only()` (cc @johnbillion).
