 After updating to WordPress 5.6 there are numerous 404 errors relating to
 jquery/javascript files affecting the WordPress Dashboard.

 I have tried to reapply the update. The Multisite sites are the only ones
 affected by the issue.

 It seems that WordPress multisite is trying to load the jquery libraries
 from the multisite directory name instead of the root site name. If I edit
 the jquery library source link to not include the multisite prefix the
 file loads correctly. This is having issues with the WP Backend and is
 producing an array of 404 on the frontend of the website
