 I would like to ask you for some more information:

 Do you see any JavaScript errors on the page?

 Do you have any plugins installed and have you tried to see if the menu
 closes when the plugins are deactivated?

 Which browser do you use, and on which device (For example Mac/PC, tablet
 or phone)?
