 Sodium_Compat 1.14.0 has just been released and includes some small fixes
 for PHP 8 compatibility.

 The version included with WP should be updated.

 I've reviewed the diff and other than the PHP 8 fixes, there are no
 notable/risky changes, so this update should be safe to still go into WP
