Comment:

 In `48022.1.diff`, fixing DocBlock @since value.

 Milestoning the ticket to 5.3, since I think the implementation looks ok.
 Indeed, let's first add the possibility to add that attribute value as we
 did with nofolllow attribute value.

 We could look on real implementation in WordPress comments later if
 strongly needed.
