Comment:

 Moving this to 5.3.1 for consideration. Reported in user feedback on
 https://make.wordpress.org/core/2019/10/09/introducing-handling-of-big-
 images-in-wordpress-5-3/

 More testing/more use cases/more reports would be great :)

 Also looking at/confirming handling of large GIFs on different
 servers/configurations would be good (do such 2560px GIFs even exist?).
