 @nacin @jeremyfelt I just want to clarify the term "IPv6 literal". Would
 that account for this example?

 `2001:0db8:85a3:0000:0000:8a2e:0370:7334`

 I see we're referencing that term but I didn't see an example of it. That
 IPv6 address may behave the same as the examples you gave but I want to be
 sure it's considered if not.
