Comment:

 For consistency with the `readme.txt` headers, I think `Requires WP`
 should be `Requires at least`, so that both headers (`Requires at least`
 and `Requires PHP`) could be supported in both places (`readme.txt` and
 plugin file). Looks good otherwise.
