 I've looked through Gutenberg and it appears only the subset @rianrietveld
 and @joedolson mention above are required. Other aria attributes used by
 the new editor are only used by the edit screen.

 I've uploaded [attachment:"30421.2.diff"] with the subset `aria-
 describedby`, `aria-details`, `aria-label`, `aria-labelledby` and `aria-
 hidden`.
