 I was chatting with @Travel_girl and mentioned that I have closed the
 customizer a number of times because the back button has disappeared when
 I have scrolled down for further settings.

 I agree with @Travel_girl that we should not use the "x-swap" design as it
 is difficult to remember the level you are on when switching the panels. I
 don't agree that the back button should be on the inside. I feel that I
 can remember that close is on the outside like it is on many different
 blocks. For example the window on a computer.
