Comment:

 Thanks for the patch, @sebastian.pisula! I agree this filter will be
 useful. It's a bit hacky removing Quick Edit otherwise.

 The filter name should be changed to `disable_inline_edit_post` with a
 default value of `true`. This avoids the double negative of
 `'disable_inline_edit_post', false`.
