 A value of `WP_TESTS_TITLE` other than the default 'Test Blog' causes wp-
 api-generated.js to be modified during PHPUnit test runs. This leaves me
 with a dirty index, which leaves me feeling dirty. Is it possible for the
 test suite to clean up after itself, and/or to make the changes to an
 untracked file?
