 Proposed workflow:

 - Drag and drop an updated zip file for them you're updated directly onto
 `themes.php`. Get an Shiny Updates notice on the theme being updated.
 Boom, updated!
 - Also, add some sort of "update theme from zip" button to the theme
 details modal.

 I'll sketch out a flow for this.
