 I agree with @fernandot, @expertoswp and @bogdanpreda as well as
 @sc0ttkclark and @jkudish. Akismet should be removed from the WP core
 since it is a paid service, and no one has that privilege, besides it
 involves legal issues.

 It is simple, WordPress.org is free and Akismet is not. If we follow that
 path, why not to bundle any other paid plugins? As @Presskopp said,
 ''Which would be the criteria for bundle plugins into the core?''
