 Actually isn't simple to add attributes to the link in the editor (for
 example custom "class" or "rel"). There isn't any simple way to add a new
 field/checkbox in the insert/edit link dialog box. The public function
 wp_link_dialog() in wp-includes/class-wp-editor.php hasn't any hooks or
 filters. Maybe it would be useful add some possibilites to edit this popup
 if needed.
