Comment:

 Most likely caused by your theme. Try switching to one of the default
 themes (TwentySeventeen, TwentySixteen, etc.) and check again.

 If still the same, could you copy the HTML around the image from the Text
 editor tab, and from the front-end, and paste the two snippets here (if
 different).
