Comment:

 Noticed a couple other
 [https://codex.wordpress.org/Plugin_API#Function_Reference PHP hook
 functions] we should consider matching in wp.hooks (and adding some
 tests): `remove_all_actions()`, `doing_filter()`, `remove_all_filters()`,
 `current_filter()` and `has_filter()`.
