 Sorry for being unclear here, I was using the mediaelement.js from wp
 4.7.3, my developer said its version 2.22.0 of mediaelement.js and he told
 me this should be updated asap.
 So I searched a bit and found this ticked and saw that its already planned
 but I was not sure if you are aware of the fact that the version which is
 shipped in Wordpress core 4.7.3 does not work for iOS/Mac OS latest
 version and Safari  – which are a lot of users (and I am wondering that
 there are no other people writing about it online).
