 When adding inline SVG images via the Media Library in the Visual Editor,
 the respective image gets a height & width of 1, to the unsuspecting user
 this could make them think the add failed however, simply removing the
 height & width attributes from the img tag in the Text Editor remedies the
 issue and the image displays properly in the visual editor.
