Comment:

 [attachment:34988-bc-fix.diff] includes a fix for the misspelled `load-
 edit-tags.php` hook name in `wp-admin/admin.php` (see [36874]). Since this
 was already communicated on make/core it's important that this code
 actually does what was mentioned in the blog post.
