 @DJosephDesign - the admin is peppered with slow queries, mainly based
 around the wp_postmeta table, which triggers such things as admin
 reporting for woocommerce, and a variety of other not-so-necessary but
 nonetheless loaded features.

 In staging tested these updates and got some mild performance
 improvements. Queries are still slow, just not quite as painful.
