 @aberbenni Thanks for reporting back on it!

 Unfortunately that error is purely within the land of the SSH2 extension
 and it's communication with your SSH server, there's literally nothing we
 can really do (other than silence the error, and possibly retry every time
 it happens) in WordPress to work around that.
