 Sure we can ;) GD is the most used so having the same situation isn't
 perse bad. But in 4.5 we really should not add the filter
 `image_protected_profiles`. I think it's not smart to add it at all but at
 least do not add it in 4.5. If we are unsure then we shouldn't strip the
 data by default for 4.5.
