 @afercia @ocean90 After this change, any plugins which were registering a
 stylesheet which relied upon the `media` handle (`deprecated-media.css`),
 will now be getting the wrong stylesheet loaded.

 Should we perhaps have named the new `media` handle something else
 instead?
