 If there are no objections to the suggested hierarchy
 (`embed-$post_type-$post_format.php` -> `embed-$post_type` ->
 `embed.php`), this one is good to go.

 I checked some other plugins where people filtered `embed_template` and
 they wouldn't be affected by this change either.

 Unfortunately because `loca_template()` uses the `STYLESHEETPATH` and
 `TEMPLATEPATH` constants to locate the theme templates, we can't really
 add a unit test for the hierarchy in a blank theme.
