Comment:

 [attachment:34278.5.diff] is a refreshed patch after #34561.

 The hierarchy is as follows: `embed-$post_type-$post_format.php` ->
 `embed-$post_type` -> `embed.php`.

 It makes sense to include this in 4.5 because these tickets basically go
 hand in hand.

 @DrewAPicture @ocean90 Since you both worked on #34561 as well, I'd love
 to have your opinion on this.
