 A question of philosophy :-).
 My concern is people read the codex which says the xmlrpc_enabled filter
 is the way to go if you want to disable xmlrpc. If you don't want to
 disable the system capabilities maybe the codex should be more clear
 (disables all methods, not system capabilities) and make a reference to
 the xmlrpc_element_limit filter for those (like me) who want to tighten
 security a bit more.
