 Which doesn't mean that you can't add it to wp-config.php.
 `wp_initial_constants()` includes a `! defined( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT' )`
 check before it gets defined with 256M. You can also use the
 `admin_memory_limit` and `image_memory_limit` filters.
