 i am facing this issue in full screen as well on Windows Chrome , its
 really critical.  but MAC chrome works fine.

 i am using

 WordPress 4.2.3  also noticed on 4.3 same issue

 Windows 8.1 Chrome Version 45.0.2454.85 m

 Dell Inspiron Core i5 , 17" Screen 1366 x 768
