 I agree, and I think we can!  I don't, however, think that it's doable for
 4.4.

 Do you think it's better for users to:
 * Create another static size (`medium-large`) and have a `content-width`
 regenerating size later
 * Create a `content-width` size now that does not regenerate, but can
 later
 * Wait until we can re-generate a size to create any size
 * Something else entirely?
