 Given the facts that the Chinese in general just '''love''' using emojis
 '''and''' that WordPress has a '''lot''' of potential in Mainland China,
 it would be a very wise decision to change the CDN to that of .org.

 The .com CDN is blocked from within China and it therefore takes a long
 time to timeout which adds to the loading time of the entire website every
 time a page where emojis are used on is loaded.

 From the slack log I understand that you're ''waiting on an infrastructure
 decision from the #meta team''. What does that mean?
