Comment:

 I've added two patches. The first, [attachment:31002.diff] will simply add
 an "Activate" button, which redirects the user to `plugins.php` and
 activates the plugin. The second, [attachment:31002.1.diff] will also add
 an "Activate" button. However, when you click the button the plugin will
 be activated and the user will be redirect back to `plugin-install.php`,
 while also maintaining their tab and search query so they can continue
 adding more plugins.
