 In 35045.7.diff: add `wp_calculate_image_srcset_dirname_match` filter for
 the sake of plugins that add external image sources but do not maintain
 the year/month sub-dirs. This allows them to easily manipulate the image
 path before we check for a match.

 This patch also fixes #35102.
