 I'm not sure I agree that disabling it for RSS feeds is the right thing to
 do. RSS feeds are designed to contain valid HTML, and if a reader doesn't
 understand the attributes, then they should either strip or ignore them in
 their parsing.. unless there's a spec specifically for the valid tags &
 attributes in RSS that I haven't yet found?

 Looking at the screenshot of Mailchimp up there says that something is
 broken with their parser implementation, it might be rewriting the URLs or
 something. I'd be interested in seeing the actual underlying `<img>` tag
 that they generate before saying it's definitely a problem that we need to
 fix.
