 Seems I have to consult https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/ and then
 http://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/automated-testing/#writing-tests
 first ;-)

 But the diff alone is indeed not a fix, since `wp_cdata()` as a
 replacement for the `str_replace()` does not get used anywhere.
