 The dashboard activity stream currently links to the post edit screen when
 a user has capabilities to edit the post. However, non-editors only see a
 list of recently published posts ... with no way of easily viewing the
 actual post. It may benefit UX to add a link to the post, such as that
 which is available in the comment stream.
