 I use WordPress 4.0 trunk in german. I always get a message that is not up
 to date translation. I click on update, the German language file is
 updated. WP tells me everything is fine. Not a minute later I get back the
 message: a translation is not up to date, it is again updated the German
 language file. The whole can I repeat throughout the day.
