New description:

 Maybe a bit of an edge case here, but I accidentally clicked the "Delete
 Permanently" link when clicking the whitespace in the Edit Image modal via
 the media grid layout. See attached for the focused link container to see
 what I mean.

 I see the value in the various meta fields being able to expand to 100%
 width there, but in my opinion, only the actual 'Delete Permanently' label
 should be clickable.
